Our Hillbrook Range

For over ten years our wines have been made under contract by Robert Diletti of Castle Rock Estate in the Porongorups. Robert was recently named the inaugural James Halliday Australian Winemaker of the Year. A well-deserved award as those of you who have tried our wines would agree.

• 2016 Hillbrook Chardonnay


James Halliday has described our Chardonnay as 'almost too perfect'. It has been matured in French Oak for 10 months giving a wonderful mouth feel, but allowing the wonderful flavours, ranging from white peach to grapefruit to play across the palate. An elegant wine of great length and balance it can be enjoyed now or for many years to come.



• 2016 Hillbrook Sauvignon Blanc


Ray Jordan says: ‘..This variety has been the big winner for Hillbrook over the years, with a number of show medals. Not hard to see why with the beautiful example of a variety that does so well in Pemberton. Gooseberry and herbal tones with light tropical fruit and citrus tang. • 2016 Hillbrook Fume Blanc


New addition from our Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Lots of lees work, barrel fermented in French Oak barriques for five months. The wine has great balance between passionfruit, gooseberry and tropical fruits with complex savoury notes. Rich textural palate, awarded the Trophy for Best Sauvignon Blanc at our local Timber Towns Wine Show.



• 2016 Hillbrook Semillon Sauvignon Blanc


Ray Jordan says: ‘The aromatic whites from this small Pemberton producer have consistently been superb. This is so crispy and fruity but with a restraint that still sees loads of flavour packed into its tight frame. A splash of lemon lifts the finish which is clean and pure. Some nice herbal characters bring another dimension.91/100’ (Ray Jordan 2017 Wine Guide).



• 2012 Hillbrook Merlot


James Halliday says: ‘A typically elegant wine contract-made by Rob Diletti. The clear colour announces a light to medium bodied merlot with a mixture of cassis, plum, dried herb and black olive flavours; the fruit and savoury components create good tension. 91/100’ (James Halliday Wine Companion 2017).

Freight is charged at $10/case for Western Australia, $20/case all other destinations. Australia Post will deliver to a street address if someone is available to sign as recipient, or they will leave a card requesting collection at the nearest Post Office.
